We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of the Pikeville Fall Festival—an annual celebration of creativity, community, and small-town charm. Held on the first Saturday of October, this beloved event draws visitors from across the region for a full day of live music, local flavor, family fun, and handcrafted treasures. As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your goods, talents, and passion along Pikeville’s historic Main Street, where vibrant autumn colors and friendly faces create an unforgettable atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned artisan or a first-time participant, we’re excited to welcome you into the heart of the festival experience.

To help you prepare for a smooth and successful festival experience, we’ve outlined all the essential information below. You’ll find details on Vendor Booth setup, Vendor Parking, and important notes regarding Insurance & Liability. We’ve also included pricing for Craft Booths, Food Trucks, and other vendor types, along with our Refund Policy. Please review each section carefully to ensure your participation is seamless and enjoyable—we’re here to support you every step of the way!

Vendor Information

Vendor Booth

Each applicant will receive a booth number emailed prior to the event. We CANNOT guarantee specific requests, as spots are first come first serve.

Vendor Parking

Vendors must park in assigned parking by 8:35 am. Parking passes, booth number and other information will be emailed, after September 19th.

No vehicles are allowed in vendor area after 8:30 am.

Insurance & Liability

All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance OR read and sign the Insurance Waiver when completing the online Vendor Application.

Please make sure to fill out the Vendor Application completely.

Refund Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event that your booth is denied by the Fall Festival Committee. If your booth is denied, fees will be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny any booth.

Craft Vendor Prices

10'x12' space w/o electricity = $60

10'x12' space w/ electricity = $70

All prices are non-refundable.

Food Vendor Prices

10'x12' space w/o electricity = $100

10'x12' space w/ electricity = $120

Food Truck w/o electricity = $100

Food Truck w/ electricity = $120

Vendor Information

Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, power strips, electrical cords, tent tie downs, etc. No inappropriate items allowed. Vendor is responsible for their own sales tax of 9.25%.

Vendor Clean Up

Each vendor is responsible for cleaning and removing all debris, including boxes and trash, from their vendor area before leaving.

VOLUNTEERS: Volunteering at the Fall Festival is a great way to get involved in your community and support local events. Whether you have experience volunteering at festivals or this is your first time, we are always looking for enthusiastic individuals to help make our Fall Festival a success. By volunteering, you will have the opportunity to meet new people, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a fun and festive atmosphere. Directions to Pikeville

  • From Chattanooga, TN – Take US-27 North to TN-111.  Veer left onto TN-111 North, towards Dunlap.  Take the exit US-127 (Rankin Ave. in Dunlap). Turn right onto US-127 North towards Pikeville.

  • From Knoxville, TN – Take I-40 West to exit US-127 South (Crossville/Hwy 127). Continue South on US-127 towards Pikeville.

    • From Nashville, TN – Take I-40 East to exit 288 to TN-111 South (Cookeville/Hwy 111). Turn left onto TN-285-East.  Continue East on TN-285 and TN-30 East towards Pikeville.
